I’m Lesley, a graphic designer currently based in Glasgow, Scotland. I graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a degree in Graphic Design, and since then have been working as a freelance designer and illustrator. I believe design can have a positive impact on our world. I have a particular interest in nature, and our relationship with the planet, and enjoy showing this through my work.

Football Climate Alliance is a social campaign concept I created whilst studying at the University of Edinburgh. The campaign consisted of engaging graphics to be placed in public spaces with the aim of encouraging football fans to get involved in the conversation around climate change and how sport may be affected in future.

I also came up with the concept of an AR filter which would replace traditional statues outside football grounds with a QR code, where the user would be able to view various 3D models depicting how climate change might affect the sport in the future. Below is an example of one concept where the user would see a small flooded football pitch. I am currently working on developing an AR filter which has stemmed from this concept.
