I’m Lesley, a graphic designer currently based in Glasgow, Scotland. I graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a degree in Graphic Design, and since then have been working as a freelance designer and illustrator. I believe design can have a positive impact on our world. I have a particular interest in nature, and our relationship with the planet, and enjoy showing this through my work.

Swap Shop is a podcast focused on sustainability, upcycling preloved items and reducing our environmental impact. The logo and visuals symbolise transformation—turning something old into something new. To capture this concept, I used analog animation techniques, giving the visuals a rustic, handmade feel that aligns perfectly with the crafty, DIY nature of the podcast. This handcrafted approach not only reflects the heart of the podcast's content but also adds a personal, organic touch. The animated visuals bring these ideas to life in a fun and engaging way.
